The model's face was modeled in D|S 3 Advanced, the skin texture is a mix of resources and my PS work. This was rendered in D|S 3 Advanced, and put into Photoshop 7 for the post work.

I worked through a tutorial that a fantastic artist put together for this "Dragan Effect" that is used more for photos than renders that was included in one of my Advanced Photoshop magazine issues.

However, I am vastly pleased with how this came out. I figured I needed more practice on my postwork techniques, and did this...and wanted to share.
